We are a growing consulting firm in need of a reliable and talented Data Entry Clerk. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for data entry, assemble backup documentation, audit expense reports, and administrative functions. This position will work in our Houston office and will report to the Project Accountant. Your work will directly impact our ability to track, report and manage the project, enabling us to successfully initiate and deliver projects, and rapidly respond to our clients' needs by having boots on the ground immediately after disaster strikes. We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible and confident individual with a commitment to integrity and the ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with minimal supervision. The candidate will perform the following essential functions:
- Process invoices based on specific client requirements
- Maintaining records and documentation in excel
- Audit expense reports
- Assemble backup documentation
- Assist Project Accountant
- Data Entry
- Administrative duties
Preferred Skills and Abilities
The candidate should possess the following:
- 5+ years of Administrative duties
- Attention to detail a MUST
- Strong Excel skills
- Oracle Experience
Education and Experience Requirements
The candidate must possess the following education and experience requirements:
- 5+ years of Administrative experience
- Highschool Diploma or GED
