    Responsibilities

    We are currently looking for the right individual to join our Houston office in the role of Technical Sales Associate. This individual will be responsible for:

    • Planning & participating in prospective client meetings, profiling capabilities in the IT Consulting Group
    • Attending AEC and AIA conferences to exhibit the IT Groups capability and develop potential opportunities
    • Conduct Lunch and Learn events with prospective clients profiling capabilities of IT Consulting and Managed Services
    • 30% to 40% travel will be involved
    • Develop a strong working relationship with other Production Groups within the Company in order to cross sell IT Consulting Services
    • Interfacing with the Marketing Group to develop business collateral for Walter P Moore Technology Group with heavy focus on IT Consulting and Managed Services

    A willingness to work in a team environment, following the standards we have in place is a must. A “can-do”, customer-service attitude is crucial.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
    • 10 years of experience, AEC industry IT business experience a plus
    • Knowledge of IT across a broad domain
    • Recent proven new business development experience is a must
    • Ability to build and deliver presentations to C-Suite/Owner clientele
    • Great communication skills; both oral and written
