The Financial Analyst will Develop, interpret and implement complex financial concepts, models and techniques for financial planning and Analysis. Assist in the development of the corporate budget, business planning, cash flow forecasting and measurement and other forecasting/trend projections. Perform pro-forma, financial statement, variance and capital project analysis. Interact with various departments in preparation of financial plans/forecasts, analysis of financial and operating results.
1.Build financial/analytic models that utilize both financial and non-financial data to disseminate and make critical business decisions. Track and report key business and financial performance measures.
2.Provide analysis for supporting cash flow forecasting and measurement.
3.Assist with development, measurement and follow-up to annual budget and business planning process.
4.Perform actual financial results to the forecast and provide variance explanations when necessary
5.Review and assist in the evaluation of major capital projects and proposed acquisitions, including preparation of present value, discounted cash flow and return on investment calculations.
6.Other projects as assigned by General Accounting Manager / Controller.

Qualifications and Competencies
•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.
•4-5 years of financial analysis experience, with 2 years of corporate finance specific experience.
•MBA or CPA preferred.
•Advanced spreadsheet skills, including advanced macros, importing/exporting data and database functions required.
•Experience working with databases, (e.g. – Access, SQL, Oracle, etc.).
•Excellent analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
•Manage multiple priorities in a highly changing environment.
•Effective oral and written communication skills – ability to communicate complex financial methods in a clear and concise manner.
