    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for closing loans from approval through funding
    • Responsible for ensuring that all documentation preparation requests, loan closings and remote fundings are handled in a complete and proper manner, for commercial, corporate, real estate loans and energy loans
    • Assists with complex documentation preparation requests, including ordering, reviewing loan documents both internal and attorney prepared, coordinating collection and review of ancillary documents specific to each loan
    • Interface with attorneys, title companies, lending units and loan operations to resolve loan documentation, closing and funding issues
    • Prepare daily account reconcilement and works to clear reconciling items within specified timeframe

    Qualifications

    • 7-10 years loan documentation and administration
    • Experience with CRE, Commercial, Corporate and Energy loans
    • Prior experience with ACBS, Fields Tickler, FISERV Signature or other loan and deposit systems preferred
    • Experience with reviewing and interpreting of all types of loan documentation and lien perfection for attorney prepared documents
    • Working knowledge of lending compliance requirements
    • Must be able to interface effectively with executive management, clients, attorneys, title companies, third party consultants and handle confidential information with discretion
    • Must be able to respond quickly to department demands, perform multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Proven history as a self-starter who can add value by driving process related decisions while working independently with a minimum amount of supervision
    • Must be detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
    • Superior client service skills/attitude
    • Strong change management skills and ability to work at an consistently changing pace
    • Strong organizational skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions, in a fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met
    • Ability to readily identify needs and requirements, and establish plans and processes to ensure successful results
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Assist other loan closers when needed
    • Monitor status of loans while working on serval loans at one time
    • Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Degree preferred, but commensurate work experience will be considered
