I. OVERVIEW:

 

The Branch Advocate is the link between Corporate and our Sales Force.  This individual is vital to the growth and progression of our new branches while being a key resource in retention and stability of our current/tenured branches.  They will have the best of both worlds as they work with our sales team to improve their business and developing relationships to create a collaborative partnership between the branches and corporate.
II. EXPECTATIONS:
 
  • Complete/prepare reporting for the BDM in regards to Branch recruiting/onboarding and activity.
  • Work closely with finance team to determine which branches need help from corporate.
  • Provide a road map for all new/incoming branches-walking them through the process and helping them get off to a successful start.
  • Follow the activity of all branches, including reporting and analysis.
  • Utilize Sales Force for communication.
  • Branch Visit Surveys:  Compiling the data for corporate management and then strategizing on how to accommodate the branch’s needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
III. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
 
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; good leadership and the ability to motivate and coach a team into achieving set goals.
  • Must be proficient in the use of computers and software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Must be assertive, and handle pressure effectively.
  • May require travel to visit branches and/or sales representatives.
  • Strong business sense and sales experience.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate.
