Position Description

Position Responsibilities

Research relevant aircraft manufactures maintenance schedules, flight history, ownership types, multiple external databases and targeted aircraft to create new/valid opportunities.

Opportunity management utilizing aircraft service history, aircraft logbooks, and direct customer contact to ensure accurate hand over to Sales Managers.

Extensive data management required to ensure current and future pipelines through the use of reports, dashboards and customer input.

Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Regional Sales Directors to review and ensure accurate opportunities and/or take appropriate actions as needed.

Maintain accounts, contacts, aircraft and related engines in CRM; Salesforce.

Work in coordination with facility operations group to ensure clear hand off from sales. Gather and update relevant data from inspection records into Salesforce.

Create and run reports from various databases for the purpose of finding errors or updated information.

Conduct focused sales campaigns by contacting customers for the purpose of lead generation, updating opportunity pipeline, customer contact information, and notification of special offers / pricing.

Position Requirements

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1-3 years’ related experience in a sales support role.
• Strong analytical and research skills along with high level of attention to detail.
• Able to balance analytical / database work with interpersonal work as required with both internal and external customers.
• Database report writing experience and aptitude.
• High-level Excel proficiency (formulas, tables, reporting, data input, etc).
• Competent skills in typing and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred not required.
• Experience working with a CRM system. Salesforce experience, preferred.
• Working knowledge of JetNet, Amstat, CAMPS, Honeywell Systems (MyAerospace), FlightAware, FAA Registry, various international registries, and other data sources, preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance schedules (i.e. - Chapter 5 Maintenance Schedules, Supplementals) for various aircraft, preferred.
• Understanding of the Miller Heiman sales methodology, preferred not required.
• High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
