Job Purpose & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual who will own the Logistic Execution/Warehouse Management (LE-WM) processes. Responsibilities will include"
  • Support all Logistics aspects of Order to Cash Business Processes including Sales Order, Delivery, Transfer Order, Picking/Packing, Shipment, Shipment/Freight cost, Goods Issue, Billing
  • Inter-company sales and Stock Transfer Orders, including Billing
  • Warehouse and Inventory management processes (Transfer Posting, Handling Unit/Batch management, Storage Unit Management) with special emphasis on RF transactions & technology
  • Support Logistics processes which are part of Manufacturing and Procurement
  • Execute configurations of all LE/WM objects including Freight Conditions, Shipment Cost documents, Routes, Shipping Points, Storage Types, etc.
  • Partnership with Global IT customers throughout the Americas region to optimize the delivery of existing and new services, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Incident resolution and in-depth analysis supporting the Global IT Center of Excellence.
  • Consult with business power users in developing/implementing detailed test scenarios and standardizing business processes.
  • Intake and support knowledge transfer from projects to ensure stable operations.
  • Perform analysis on new business requirements.
  • Exercise financial authority within established limits and controls providing critical inputs into strategic planning and annual operating plans.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or Commercial discipline with a financial background
  • 10 years’ experience in global Industry or IT environment
  • 10 years’ experience in Petrochemical environment
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with SAP and in-depth knowledge of SAP SD, LE, and WM
  • In-Depth knowledge of ITIL® policies and procedures including Incident, Problem and Change Management
  • Working knowledge of ABAP and debugging. Working knowledge of EDI and PI Interfaces is also desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in Extended Warehouse and Transport Management Software (TMS) is a plus
  • Analytical skills
