Description:

This position is a key member of our mobile team within a specific market. This position will work closely with our Mobile Fitters. It is a support role for the team in the field. There is a significant amount of auto travel with this role, estimated to be 50% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage new and existing relationships with our green grass accounts
  • Promote and protect the PXG brand across all platforms in the designated market, including: fitting days, preview days and education days
  • Club in hand experience at golf clubs
  • Provide product updates, new product launch information and education programs
  • Resolve issues/obstacles in a timely and seamless manner while ensuring a high level of account satisfaction
  • Focus on understanding accounts needs, challenges and preferences to assist in increased brand recognition and sales generation
  • Maintain strong product knowledge
  • Manage social media in the market
  • Complete other duties as assigned 

Experience and Education Required:

  • Golf industry experience (existing relationships with golf clubs, influencers in market)
  • BA/BS degree 

Skills Required:

  • Proven track record of strong relationship building and sales acumen while providing a high level of service to new and existing accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the desire to build trusting relationships
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills – “one team, one dream” approach
  • Self-starter, with the passion to drive the relationship and sales process
  • Ability and discipline to successfully work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales database experience
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, honesty and integrity in all situations
  • Time management skills
  • Flexibility with schedule (work weekends during busy season)
  • Confidence, etiquette and logic are important attributes to be successful in this role

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Must possess a valid driver license and a clean driving record
