This Branch Management position is critical to the success of the company. It will require constant communication with our Team, our Customers and our Vendors to build and maintain relationships so that we can continue to deliver quality service to the customer. You will be coaching and developing your direct reports to insure that they are growing and improving. There are weekly meetings that you will conduct for your department to monitor progress toward our goals and to make improvements. This position also participates in quarterly and annual planning that helps our company navigate into the future.
The major objectives for the Branch Manager are:
- Working with people (Team Members and Customers) to deliver quality service
- Implementing projects and seeing them through to completion
- Leading, Managing and holding people accountable with goals in mind for productivity, revenue and profitability
The Salary and Benefits:
The range for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000 annual salary depending on relevant experience. The benefits include: Company Vehicle, Health insurance, SIMPLA IRA Plan, Holidays, and 4 weeks PTO after the first year
- Experience with field service in petroleum or a related field (such as HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical)
- Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
- Possess a track record of growth in previous positions
- Be a curious person that is willing to learn and grow
