Commercial Appraisal Reviewer (Full Time) - Bellaire

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Shifts will vary and are subject to schedule needs/40+ hours per week)
Prosperity Bank is currently seeking to fill the position of a Full-Time Commercial Appraisal Reviewer at our Bellaire banking center.
The Commercial Appraisal Reviewer is responsible for risk-based job management of appraisals ordered for the Bank with FIERREA, the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices. The Commercial Appraisal Reviewer collaborates and liaisons with Loan Officers regarding assignment scope and preliminary valuation concerns. They also Identify appraisal deficiencies and recommends resolutions as well as perform other duties as assigned. A full description of duties will be available upon hiring.

Customer service orientation.
Ability to review Commercial Real Estate appraisals to identify banking and USPAP violations, as well as, appraiser's errors in methodology or logic.
Comprehensive knowledge of USPAP and Federal Regulations and Guidelines with respect to the appraisal of real estate.
Prefer minimum three (3) years prior experience engaging, reviewing or preparing real property valuations.
Prefer minimum of five (5) years preparing real property valuations.
Prefer prior experience in a financial institution.
Texas Certified General license. MAI or AI-GRS credential preferred.
