What You Do:
As a PROJECT MANAGER, you will lead several teams responsible for project execution and account management.
Delivering Client Satisfaction: Ensuring uncompromising customer support and satisfaction through high quality service delivery and prompt responsiveness.
Executing Projects Efficiently and Within Cost Expectations: Ensuring project teams maintain project schedules and efficient execution.
Executing Professional Effectiveness: Training and developing a fast-growing team of technical subject matter experts and project managers.
Reports to: Partner
Location: Pasadena, TX
Responsible for ensuring customer/client satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship, often by way of direct reports who interact with the clients/customers on a daily basis
Efficient project execution (measuring cost and hours)
Develop innovative cost-reduction and efficiency improvements
Provide oversight of team performance
Manage all phases of the project through coaching, mentoring and developing direct reports
Responsible for multiple projects, simultaneously
Supervise project teams
Monitor and track expenditures
Maintain project schedules
- Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management
- Technical exposure to some aspect of the oil & gas industry (upstream, pipelines, refining, petrochemical, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Proven ability to steward client relationships to ensure successful projects
- Experience mentoring and managing personnel
- Enthusiasm to work with, develop and lead a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel 30% to 50% of the time
Experience with RBI and RCM programs
BS in Engineering
