Accountable for:

  • Resource Management: Ensure qualified Inspectors and materials are mobilized, sustained, and demobilized effectively and efficiently to field teams.
  • Administration: Ensure that field team administrative needs (i.e. safety, time, expenses, forecasts, invoicing, etc.) are correct and on time in the appropriate systems.
  • General Team Administrative Support: Ensure that general team communications, KPI reporting, issue tracking, meeting/event planning, travel, etc. are effectively and performed on time.  This will go beyond just the Inspection/Field team needs to support the team needs.
  • Customer Specific Needs: Ensure that specific customer needs are met with regards to the administrative functions.  To include proper invoice format and timing, weekly updates to customers, coordinates any location specific requirements, etc.

What You Do:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for all Field/Inspection administrative needs.

Location: Pasadena, TX

Job Responsibilities:

To include performing or coordinating the following:

  • Processing resource requests (both personnel and materials)

  • Recruiting and on-boarding field/inspection personnel

  • Sustain and off-board field/inspection personnel

  • QC’s and/or enters time, expenses, forecasts, and invoicing into the appropriate systems in a timely manner

  • Schedules meetings, travel, training, lunches/events as needed to support their Project Management team

  • Tracks team issues, KPI’s, and departmental needs and maintains communications and status to the appropriate stakeholders

  • Ensures specific customer needs are met (i.e. proper invoicing format and timing, reporting, etc.)


  • Familiar with Inspection Services office/operations requirements and tasks

  • Experience in tracking and time systems such as ADP, TRACKs, ERP (SAP and or IFS preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
