We have recently opened a new office in Rotterdam to support our further expansion into the European market. Currently we are looking to grow our Dutch team. Your first assignment will be with a world-renowned client in the Rotterdam area.

What You Do:

As an ASSET INTEGRITY ANALYST, you’ll join a fast-paced environment with the opportunity for an accelerated career path and potential to lead a project team within your first two years. Analysts are assigned to a project team at one of our client facilities throughout Europe and have the opportunity to be hands-on in engaging clients on key implementation projects. Most initial client site opportunities are anticipated to last approximately 24 months. Dependent on project requirements, employee advancement, and company needs, we offer international career opportunities with world-class clients.

Location: Port Arthur, TX

Accountable for:

  • Executing with Excellence: Owning the execution of portions of a mechanical integrity implementation project while meeting all quality and efficiency standards
  • Client Satisfaction: Building and maintaining client relationships and facilitate client meetings
  • Profitable Projects: Utilizing best practices for cost control while effectively executing project tasks

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Reliability programs, including:
    • Risk Based Inspection (RBI)
    • Mechanical integrity programs
    • Inspection program development
    • Facility or equipment condition assessment
    • Expert application of API codes and technical standards (API 510, 570, 571, 574, 580, and 581) 
  • Extract and verify technical data (metallurgy, temperatures, pressures, thicknesses, etc.) from documents such as Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), engineering construction drawings, and code forms
  • Generate risk profiles for entire operating facilities
  • Effectively organize piping and equipment data and ensure the transfer of data to applicable software
  • Facilitate client validation meetings to ensure accuracy of process data
  • Participate in Asset Optimization studies using primary data sources such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), heat and material balance, P&IDs, and isometrics provided by the client for fixed equipment and piping systems
  • Utilize multiple software solutions to maximize the effectiveness of our services
  • Achieve, maintain and accurately report performance metrics, measuring quality and quantity
  • Collaborate with company Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to leverage internal expertise as need to support projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Applied Sciences degree in an Engineering discipline
  • 0-5 years of experience (preferably in oil & gas, chemicals, petro-chemicals, or mining industries but open to other fields)
  • Commitment to relocate domestically or internationally (multiple locations)
  • Strong aptitude for learning new processes and techniques
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Motivated self-starter with a desire to lead
  • PCMS and/or Inspection program management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years’ project management experience in developing individuals and leading teams
  • 1-5 years’ experience of day to day engagement with clients or working onsite at client offices
