What You Will Do
All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Merchandising Service Supervisor, this means:
• Ensuring associates develop positive working relationships with service providers and product vendor managers to facilitate consistent execution and excellent customer experience.
• Supporting opportunities to improve efficiency, merchandising, and displays.
• Anticipating and safeguarding against potential operational and safety issues during project planning.
The Merchandising Service Supervisor manages the execution of all Merchandising service and project activity and ensures consistency of customer experiences in assigned stores. Primary responsibilities include supervising and assigning work to both project and service teams, monitoring resources, and reallocating work when needed. To be successful, this associate must plan and partner closely with the others throughout the store. 

The Merchandising Service Supervisor oversees the performance of Merchandising Service team members, including hiring and training new team members, monitoring individual and team performance, analyzing performance metrics, and providing corrective action and developmental feedback and opportunities.
Travel Requirements: This position is assigned to a home store and travels daily between stores throughout assigned district to oversee Merchandising service projects, resets, and service.

What We're Looking For
• Salaried: Generally scheduled for 48 hours; more hours may be required based on the needs of the business.
• Requires morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight availability any day of the week.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.

What You Need To Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment OR 1 year Lowe's store experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience including coaching/training team members.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass MVR screen in accordance with company requirements.
• Ability to travel between stores within district.
• Available to work overnight and weekends as required.

Preferred Qualifications
• 3 years of supervisory experience including coaching/training team members.
• 1 year of product merchandising experience including reading planograms, setting up and tearing down displays.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Outlook).
