Position Description

The candidate will oversee and direct other engineers/project managers and participate in the project management and design activities that include a broad spectrum of piping and mechanical engineering systems. Direct and manage multiple concurrent engineering projects by developing project plans, providing technical direction and scheduling, and interfacing with KM personnel, government regulators and officials, other contractors and other representatives.

The successful candidate will act as a senior engineer and supervisor in the direction and guidance of staff engineers and designers to complete complex projects and scopes of work in accordance with established goals by developing plans, providing technical direction and scheduling, interfacing with management and managers of other functional groups, government regulators and officials, other contractors and other representatives. Primary activities will include designing and overseeing construction of petroleum/chemical piping systems with associated equipment such as pumps, valves and other in-line equipment in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Position Requirements

Minimum requirements:

Education:

? Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering is required (civil, mechanical, petroleum or chemical preferred).

Experience / specific knowledge:

? Must have a minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in engineering and project management involving the design, construction, and
operation of facilities associated with hazardous liquid terminals, truck loading terminals, and related pump, storage, and metering
facilities.

? Must have significant experience and knowledge of the design, construction and analysis of liquid pipelines, including the regulatory
requirements of 49CFR195 (DOT).

? Must have full compliment of project management skills including project scoping and estimating utilizing work breakdown structures,
cost and schedule control, design and construction management, team building, resource planning, procurement, and permitting.

Provide Engineering support for Operations, Maintenance and Control Center in a broad spectrum of issues including material
selection, MOP calculations, calculation of set points for pumps, relief valves and other pressure control devices to ensure MOP is not
exceeded, evaluation of defects and recommends for appropriate repairs.

Technical knowledge and work experience in risk management and analysis is required.

The successful candidate will be experienced in technical supervision and management, staff personnel oversight and professional
development and training of subordinates. Industry references are requested. Working knowledge of applicable regulations and
agencies such as DOT, OSHA, and various state counterparts.

Familiarity with NEC, ASME, API, NFPA and ASTM specifications, standards, and recommended practices.
? The candidate must have experience in pipe stress and pipe flow software packages.

Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Physical demands:

? Must have the ability to perform sedentary to light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, or constantly lift, carry,
push, pull or otherwise move objects. Reach overhead for items, stoop, bend and twist while working. Other physical activities
include seeing, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions. Visual acuity requirements
include color, depth perception and field of vision necessary to prepare and analyze data, operate and computer and read.

Working conditions:

? Must be willing and able to work in a corporate office environment.

Must be willing and able to work in the outside in the plant environment, in all types of climatic conditions.

Occasional travel to other field or corporate locations may be required depending on nature of ongoing work activities
(approximately 10% to 15%).

A satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company and a current, valid State driver's license are required.

Must be willing and able to carry a cell phone and respond as needed.

Subject to PHMSA compliant drug testing program.

Extended periods of sitting may be required for administrative activities.Essentially indoors, but must be able to work outdoors
as required in support of project and maintenance activities.
