    JOB SUMMARY

    Provides high-level administrative support of an often-confidential nature and serves as the personal executive assistant to C-Level Executive, Vice President, Medical Director or two or more Directors. May supervise, coach and train lower-level clerical staff and assist with projects and other departmental duties as assigned. For department sizes of 1000 employees or more.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor’s Degree. Experience supporting executive-level positions will be accepted in lieu of degree on a 1:1 basis.

    7 years secretarial experience with a minimum two years Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant experience.

    Special Skills

    A.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Adobe as required by the position.

     Ability to speak, write, and understand English
     Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
     Excellent organization skills
     Ability to draft / compose memos and letters
     Ability to take minutes at meetings.
     Ability to start and complete projects with no supervision
     Ability to research data and create reports from data collected.
     Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks or projects without loss of efficiency and effectiveness
