    JOB SUMMARY

    Provides primary recruitment support to include sourcing, identification and presentation of qualified physician candidates to Medical Leadership. Acts as primary resource for applicant tracking system support and maintenance.
    Advises Medical Group regarding HR employment policies and procedures. Will be a resource to new hire physicians during their first months of employment.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Education

    A.

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or other related field

    B.

    Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification; American Society of Physician Recruiters (ASPR)

    Experience

    A.

    2-4 years professional in Human Resources healthcare environment or Physician Recruitment.

    B.

    Physician recruitment experience; business development or marketing experience.

    Licenses

    A.

    N/A

    Special Skills

    A.

    Ability to prepare and manipulate data using Microsoft Office and/ or other technologies

    Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)

    A.

    Ability to interact, influence, partner and gain the acceptance of physician leadership. Must posses and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills; ability to manage provider issues with tact and diplomacy. Demonstrated ability to source physician candidates to Medical Leadership.
