    JOB SUMMARY

    Describe purpose and function of position in three to four sentences:
    This position will require a highly motivated team player that is flexible and adaptable to provide implementation support during our Epic software rollout. This person will focus on delivering support in multiple roles, as needed, to multiple departments/clinics in the Houston Metro area during the implementation period. Provide assistance to Project Support Experts with various needs, including go-live support at each clinic site. Provides classroom support and vacancy coverage during training and systems support after roll-out. The position will reside in the Information Technology department and the roles and responsibilities will vary depending on the department and module being implemented. Typical roles will either be IT, Training, or other Implementation related functions. Position will require travel to KSC clinic locations for implementation, training, and support.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    Education

    A.

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare or a related field or previous KSC Implementation Support Analyst experience

    B.

    Related IT or Healthcare certifications

    Experience

    A.

    At least 2 years of experience in applicable healthcare, clinical operations, information technology, training, or related area of knowledge or previous KSC Implementation Support Analyst experience.

    B.

    5+ years experience working in either a clinic, IT or training environment

    Licenses

    A.

    Valid Texas Driver’s License

    B.

    Special Skills

    A.

    Strong ability to be adaptable to multiple positions. Ability to learn EPIC and quickly apply knowledge. Proficiency in use of desktop computer systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, email).

    Epic knowledge or certification

    Proven communication, presentation, problem solving and technical skills are also required. Candidates must have a positive and “can do” attitude.
