Participating in design and analysis of the offshore floating production or drilling units, such as semisubmersibles and FPSOs; Calculating the Wind load and hydrodynamic load for the floating unit; Strength, fatigue and buckling assessment of the stiffened plating structure; Using DNV SESAM software suite to perform the structural and hydrodynamic calculations; Writing technical reports.
Experience in structural analyses of stiffened plating structure for strength, buckling and fatigue assessment; Experience in calculation of the wind load and hydrodynamic load for Offshore floating units; 4 years Experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Industries; Experience in SESAM software preferred; Bachelor's degree in Structural or Mechanical Engineering required, Master's or PhD degree preferred.
