Telecom Presales Administrator

ITC Service Group (“ITC”), is seeking an experienced Telecom Presales Administrator in Round Rock, TX or able to work remotely.  The Telecom Presales Administrator will be responsible for back-office telecommunications quoting, contracting and ordering for voice, data and cloud-based services. Extensive training will be provided around telecom process, carriers, and technology to augment any experience already acquired. The ideal candidate will have a background working with AT&T software, have high energy, and have strong interpersonal communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Telecom service quoting from multiple carriers (Primarily AT&T)
  • Telecom contract requests and processing
  • Telecom solution research and development
  • Telecom Order Processing (Moves, Adds, Changes and Disconnects) and Management
  • Wireline Ordering (voice, data)
  • Cloud service ordering (web conferencing, Software as a Service, Hosted Unified Communications, etc.)
  • Client Customer Support related to telecom sales
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

All candidates are subject to a mandatory pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical exam, and must possess and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Required Experience

  • College coursework (Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • Project or order management experience preferred
  • Experience with telecom carrier quoting and contracting process, systems and software (AT&T preferred)

Preferred Experience

  • Windows PC experience
  • MS Outlook experience
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Intermediate MS Word skills
  • Work experience and familiarity with the telecom industry, services and technologies
  • AT&T back office systems, including ROME, ASAP, and Sales Express
