Position Overview
Responsible for sales of coil-tubing chemical product portfolio for the Oil & Gas business unit.

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for sales of coil-tubing chemical product portfolio for the Oil & Gas business unit. Work with internal research and technical sales teams to create and launch new products to customers. Maximize business growth in terms of volume, revenue, and margin for assigned customer accounts. Develop, set, and track technical priorities, delivering value-in-use throughout assigned customer accounts, based on supporting the oilfield business plan and market development strategy. Leverage understanding of customer dynamics, competitors, and market segments in assigned accounts and communicate information to drive decisions, direction, and priorities of Oil & Gas business unit. Coordinate a team of account managers in South Texas, including targeting specific customers in the Mexican market to develop and administer all customer contracts and sales agreements. Analyze account performance to develop variance analysis for specific customers. Update Sales and Operations personnel on sales forecast adjustments within their territory to balance customer satisfaction with inventory levels. Utilize company technical resources to improve overall profitability and optimize technical impacts at customer sites. Develop solutions to maximize price and product performance. Requires up to 40% domestic and 40% international travel.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related engineering field and five (5) years post-baccalaureate, progressive experience as a Sales Engineer or in a related technical sales role.
 
Special Requirements:
oilfield sales with upstream applications, proppants and triazines; engineering design, applications and operations of hydraulic fracturing;  design, performance and maintenance of coiled tubing tools; oilfield services to Latin American and international customers; and fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English languages.
