Job Profile

The Process Improvement Analyst will be responsible for the development, management, and execution of Member Service Operations enterprise level process re-engineering efforts crossing one or more business lines. The Process Improvement Analyst uses tools from Six Sigma, LEAN, Project Management, and Change Management to consult with the business and executive management to develop strategic recommendations to improvement Member Service Operations wide and cross-business processes and programs at an enterprise level yielding increased member and employee satisfaction and member and employee retention.


  • Bachelor Degree Business, Economics or other related field
  • Five years proven and progressive experience in process improvement/re-engineering experience.


  • Writing /Composing, Correspondence/Reports
  • Analytical, Medical Terms
  • P.C., MS Word, MS Excel
  • Six Sigma, LEAN a plus.
