Job Profile

The Fulfillment Coordinator provides administrative support for the Member Services Call Center to include intake, processing, routing and response to mail, email, and facsimiles both incoming and outgoing. Completes timely documentation of requests and processing through Member Services Call Center data system (QNXT). The Fulfillment Coordinator must possess content knowledge in government programs (Medicaid/CHIP), commercial, and Affordable Care Act products. The Fulfillment Coordinator must have the analytical skills to quickly identify member issues and resolve issues within desired timeframes. The Fulfillment Coordinator will be responsible for being able to service members in a multi-faceted work environment, to include, but not limited to mail, email, facsimiles, and chat. The Fulfillment Coordinator will be completing usual and customer requests to include, but not limited to primary care physician change, demographic updates, billing inquiries, requests for member materials, and processing of higher complexity to include account research and reconciliation, review and determine outcomes of active and termed members, and the appropriate routing and resolution of member dissatisfaction and complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience in a customer service setting with high volume point of service contact


Communication Skills: Writing /Composing, Correspondence /Reports
Other Skills: Analytical, Medical Terms, P.C., MS Word, MS Excel (helpful)
