The Expense Analyst 1 provides support to the Expense teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transferee expenses.

Principal/Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Support distribution and file maintenance of payment requests in a time efficient manner

2. Provides Customer Service support to internal and external customers. This includes pulling records and back up for audits, assembling information for clients, operations and finance.

3. Support one time or recurring payment processing, as needed. Meets the CFS established metrics for allocated time.

4. Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.

Required Skills

Job Specification:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Three (3) years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of formal education.

Required Experience


One (1) - three (3) years of relevant experience preferred.

Requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Equus software knowledge preferred (ReloAdvantage or GlobalPro)

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures and numerical data.

Ability to write simple reports and general business correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers and employees.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
