    The Opportunity

    Daikin is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Aftermarket Parts & Customer Service Manager position. This position will support the overall growth initiatives for the Aftermarket parts and supplies business for COD, Independent Distribution and Applied Rep offices.     May Include:

    • Increase sales and manage the margin for a specific group of aftermarket products for Rep, independent Distribution and Company owned. US and Canada.
    • Manage and negotiate with vendors not only related to those products but also find other vendors and products that may be related.
    • Interact with various departments and management and have regular interaction with the Divisional sales leadership.
    • Support the overall growth by the development of programs and promotions again working with both sales and marketing for equipment and parts.
    • Works with product marketing to establish new accessory opportunities for Daikin channel partners.
    • Assists in startup of new distribution


    • 5 plus years HVAC Product and channel experience is essential.
    • HVAC Sales experience – 3 plus years.
    • Other channel experience is helpful.
    • Bachelor’s Degree desired but work experience may be acceptable.
