The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) provides non-medical care, companionship and light housekeeping to clients in their place of residence.

Shifts will be from 4 hours to 12 hours.

Day and night weekday and weekend shifts available

PCA duties include but are not limited to:

  • Medication Reminders
  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Transferring
  • Incontinence Care
  • Bathing, Dressing, and Grooming
  • Meal Prep
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Companionship
  • Transportation


  • Minimum 1 year experience providing care for seniors in a home setting or facility [ALF, SNR, Memory Care Unit].
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be flexible-weekend availability required.
  • Current TB test showing clear results required.
  • Must have 2 professional references
  • English proficiency and good communication skills
  • Excellent written skills for daily documentation
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • If driving client to and from appointments, must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.


  • CNA and HHA training/certifications preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ostomy care experience
Required Skills


  • High school diploma or GED preferred


  • Current CPR certification preferred. If driving to and from patient visits, must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance


  • Prior caregiver experience required.
  • Prior caregiver experience with Dementia and Alzheimer preferred.
