Relationship Manager III

As a Relationship Manager III with Frost, you will be responsible for customers' total relationship with the bank. Responsibilities will include selling all bank products and servicing the customers' needs, calling on prospects that are potentially profitable to the bank, growing existing relationships while rendering excellent customer service, maintaining the best interest of the bank and customers in all matters, and functioning from time to time as a coach to mentor less experienced Relationship Bankers. The candidate will bring about a timely and satisfactory resolution to all customer complaints, reach and maintain minimum portfolio size within a specified time frame, and closely monitor the assigned loan portfolio for any deterioration in repayment ability.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Manage one to four Relationship Managers, or 5+ years lending experience at Frost Bank or another institution
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 hours in Accounting
