International Private Banking Group Sales Manager

As an International Private Banking Group Sales Manager with Frost, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of International Private Bankers and facilitating the credit needs for Private Banking clients in assigned regions. Responsibilities will include attracting, hiring, and motivating Private Bankers in achieving their goals and generating business from new and existing clients through sales meetings and coaching sessions; training, improving, and communicating workflow to Private Bankers by implementing efficient practices and having one-on-one coaching sessions; serving as part of the Regional President’s management team and working with other managers to execute the affluent and high net worth sales strategies for the region; facilitating all credit needs that Private Banking clients request; reviewing and approving loans of subordinate international and private banking officers; providing advice and guidance to subordinate officers on complex credit decisions; generating new business from prospects and existing portfolios of Private Banking clients; ensuring internal controls are in place and functioning properly; and exercising the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting and business development for a target market in assigned regions.
- 10+ years of banking and credit experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Master’s degree
- Investment experience
- Insurance licenses: Series 7, Series 63, Group 1
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Credit Risk Certification
