  • Overview

    Assist with Drainage District projects as an experienced Dump Truck Driver/Traffic Control Flagger. Position requires driving a dump truck, flagger for traffic control, and may operate equipment to assist with maintaining drainage channels.

    Responsibilities

    Drives a dump truck off road and is a flagger for traffic control to ensure a safe work zone. May operate equipment to assist with drainage channel maintenance. Responsible for abiding by all traffic laws. Assists other employees with their duties, performs shop duties and/or other duties as assigned. Held accountable for equipment used.

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma/GED; One-year work experience. Excellent driving skills, good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public and other employees. Ability to understand and carry out instructions and complete assignments in a timely fashion. Must have Drivers License and a clean driving record.

    SALARY RANGE: Part-Time, $15.00 per hour, based on qualifications, Up to 40 hours per week
