Call Center Rep - Part Time (29 hours)

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Call Center Representative for our main office in Northwest Houston. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. This position effectively manages multiple daily calls in a busy environment while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first rate member service, the Call Center Rep is accountable for meeting an established number of daily and monthly calls, as well as seeking ongoing cross sell opportunities. The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of one to three years prior financial institution experience, preferably in new accounts and/or a call center. Successful candidates must enjoy working directly with the public and have good verbal skills. This individual must be available to work from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM during the week and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on rotational Saturdays.
