Coram/CVS Health is looking for a detail-oriented operations e professional to join our team as an Operations Assistant! In this rewarding role, you will ensure the overall organization and workflow of warehouse processes so that patient orders are shipped in an accurate and timely manner. We believe that Operations Assistants are a key part of creating a positive experience for our patients so that they can receive the proper in-home IV therapy services needed to create a better quality of life. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will oversee both operations and pharmacy processes, supporting the warehouse team in shipping, receiving, and distributing patient supplies and medications.

As an Operations Assistant you will

* Procure drugs, solutions ancillary supplies and equipment from vendors to ensure preferred product compliance.
* Oversee purchasing system for orders and coordination of delivery activities ensuring compliance.
* Manage service center inventory and monitor product expiration dates.
* Communicate with service centers and corporate office personnel to meet business requirements.
* Ensure files and records of all supply transactions and delivery activities are compliant.
* Follow up on vendor and patient returns, product recalls, and damaged freight claims.

Typical work hours for this position are Monday - Friday, Hours 12:00pm-9:00pm. Some Saturday OT hours are required- 11:00am-5:00pm on the week the employee is on call. Required Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment.
* Minimum 1 year experience with administrative/clerical duties.
* Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently.
* Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the healthcare field.

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
