    This newly created contractual role (with potential to extend depending on business needs) is part of the Global Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team and will work closely with our champion team, a strategic and collaborative group that is deeply engaged with the business and recognized for adding value.

    The Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with recruiters to perform a variety of operational/administrative activities related to recruiting new employees. The individual will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.     Essential Responsibilities:

    • Provides administrative support to recruiters by posting open positions to approved job boards and internet sites and assisting with special projects as assigned
    • Provide candidates with information on the company and the hiring process
    • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
    • Assist with writing job descriptions, interview guides and employment ads
    • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
    • Prepare offer letters and new hire packets for internal and external candidates
    • Manage Global New Hire Induction process
    • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting and HR activities as needed.
    • Facilitate travel arrangements and coordinate day of interview logistics for candidate and hiring managers
    • Coordinates completion of background screening for pending job candidates by initiating and monitoring the process
    • Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing of health, employment, and insurance forms, notifying various department of employee's starting date
    • Perform ongoing data entry, track resumes, and maintain the resume database / ATS
    • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
    • Assist with writing job descriptions, interview guides and employment ads
    • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
    • Prepare offer letters and new hire packets for internal and external candidates
    • Manage Global New Hire Induction process
    • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting and HR activities as needed
