The Data Analytics & Automation Director is an entrepreneurial-minded individual who works with the practice leads to fulfill clients’ needs within specific Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Automation deliverables. The Director is also responsible for product development and deployment along with the development of programs to advance the skills, knowledge and career growth of the professionals within the practice.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant field, required
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree, preferred

Experience:
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in client-facing consulting, offering data analytics and automation services, required
- Data warehousing/business intelligence experience, preferred
- UiPath experience, preferred
- Experience in maintaining client relationships, preferred
- Experience in the following areas, preferred:
• Business Intelligence
• Data Warehousing
• Artificial Intelligence
• Machine Learning
• Fraud Analytics
• Data Visualization
• Robotic Process Automation
• Application Development

License/Certifications:
- Microsoft Software Development, SQL Server or Oracle certifications, preferred
- Tableau certification, preferred
- CFE, preferred

Software:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, required
- Experience with SQL Server or similar databases, required
- Experience with .NET development tools, preferred
- Experience with other non-Microsoft development languages or tools, preferred

Language:
- Spanish and/or Asian language fluency (read, speak and/or write), preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong project management and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism and autonomy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm
- Capable of researching and applying accounting pronouncements in a business context
- Capable of effectively managing a team of professionals and delegating work assignments, as needed
- Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client personnel
- Ability to encourage a team environment on engagements, and contribute to the professional development of assigned personnel
- Executive presence, with the ability to act as primary contact on assigned engagements
