JOB DESCRIPTION

To be successful in the role, TSA’s must maintain and build a strong client focus, and awareness and understanding of the bank and operational aspects of the products and services used by clients in addition to possessing good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

The TSA will be responsible for duties which include, but are not limited to the following:  

  • Identifying potential solutions to client needs as requested or as a result of needs analysis and identification; being an active sales agent within the portfolio;
  • Producing pricing/cost benefit models and conferring with the TSO and Management regarding non-standard pricing and negotiation;
  • Keeping pipeline current; with closed and pending deals;
  • Accountable for accuracy of sales data within source systems (e.g. Deal Pipeline, client plans, call reports, GPS-MIS, Navigator, etc.), and other sales tracking systems which may be developed;
  • Assuming responsibility for follow-up and resolution of problems referred;
  • Assisting clients in navigating the bank by liaising with the Client Service, Fulfillment, and other partner teams;
  • Preparing account schematics, proposal documents and sales presentations;
  • Partner with Fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to our clients and post-sale satisfaction;
  • Assist in coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP), by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships through identification of client needs;
  • Leads risk assessment associated with potential solutions
  • Leads pricing and negotiation of treasury products to optimize relationship profitability
  • Communicates non cash management client needs to other key partners including product and support partners as appropriate
  • Territory will be Houston/ New Orleans/ The Valley
  • Some Travel has Needed
  • Utilize support partners and resources to coordinate industry, prospect and client research for use in pre-call planning;
  • Daily email, phone and in-person client communication.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Qualifications

Required Skills: Must have these skills to be minimally qualified;

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1+ years of work experience in a business field – preferably banking or finance
  • Ability to function effectively in a close team and fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates business acumen
  • Demonstrates functional expertise
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge 
  • Ability to function effectively under time pressure as an individual contributor
  • Collaborative approach to business in support of close team environment
  • Strong Executive presence both internally/externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time
