    The Maintenance Support Specialist position will support a site
    located in Phoenix, AZ. This position has the responsibility to troubleshoot, repair,
    calibrate, maintain and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of complex
    industrial equipment including but not limited to:

    Responsibilities


    • Vacuum chambers, ovens, process equipment
    • Discrete measurement devices, recorders, process control instrumentation, and process control
    systems PLC (programmable logic controllers) and associated process equipment
    • Knowledge of wet processing and plating equipment
    • Knowledge of industrial waste treatment processes and equipment
    • Troubleshoots/install/repair complex industrial electronic controls.
    • Utilization of specialized test equipment/programmers to expedite troubleshooting and repair
    Experience in the interrelationship of analog, digital and other control systems used in industrial
    equipment, controls, and operations
    • Performs preventive maintenance, as required, on vacuum, furnace and carburizer equipment
    to ensure highest uptime capability
    • Analyzes symptoms and measurements of malfunctioning machines and isolates the problem,
    implements corrective actions to repair
    • Work Schedule - 1st shift but expected to be able to support overtime and holiday coverage as
    required Respond to all work orders in a timely and efficient manner
    • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean, safe and orderly manner to 5S standards
    • Troubleshoot, detect and replace faulty components in a wide range of industrial equipment
    Understand and follow proper safety procedures and conform to required PPE
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within teams with employees and
    supervision in various departments. At times, may be required to work with and coordinate
    activities of outside external resources

    Qualifications

    AAS degree in electronics preferred• 5 years related experience troubleshooting and repairing
    industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment • High school diploma or GED • Must be a US
    Citizen due to contractual requirements
