HR DATA ANALYST

This position assists with ensuring data needs are met in support of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) regulation compliance.
Provides critical support to the EEO/AA compliance function through development and maintenance of various data bases, conducts complex analysis, prepares reports, ensures data integrity and provides technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
Conducts analysis using multiple data sources and large volumes of detailed data, often starting from scratch.
Translates the results of analysis into easily understood presentation and quality materials.
Develops and maintains a set of standard queries and reports, suggests new reports as needed, assures accuracy of all delivered data.
Develops templates and tools to improve efficiency and reduce errors; creates useful resources in furtherance of EEO/AA Compliance.
Prepares and deploys Affirmative Action Plans on an ongoing basis.
Under rigid time constraints, and using multiple methodologies, analyzes workforce data and prepares reports in response to OFCCP audits.
Analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Works with field HR partners and other internal resources to resolve data discrepancies.
In partnership with EEO/AA Compliance Director, ensures that state and federal EEO/AA obligations are met; monitors and reports on compliance with applicant tracking and other record keeping obligations.
Provides key support in conducting internal audits of AAP compliance; conducts regular analysis of hires, promotions, and terminations to identify problem areas to address with HR partners.
In partnership with EEO/AA Compliance Director, prepares and submits the company’s annual federal EEO-1 and VETS 4212 reports.
Provides workforce data to line organizations and assists the organizations with responding to demographics-related inquiries during contract bidding process.
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to align with regulatory requirements.

HS or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR-related functions and/or HR Information Systems.
Minimum of 1 years of enterprise HR application experience using PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or JDE.
Must demonstrate strong knowledge of database structure and querying skills; report writing experience leveraging SQL a plus.
Must demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
Must demonstrate exceptional customer focus as well as strong interpersonal, coaching and teamwork skills.
Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
Must demonstrate strong initiative and solid problem-solving skills and abilities.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
Must demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities.
