Jobing Description

Primary function is data input into Oracle from personal change forms into the HR module of Oracle R12. Will coordinate data input validations and ensure specific integrity of data in the HR module of ORACLE R12. Process and perform all data entry on fully completed New Hire domestic and international paperwork using HR module of Oracle R12. Must ensure HR deadlines are met in all data inputs for timely payroll processing. Will scan and file completed personal change forms in the electronic file system then provide hard copy of the final entries to the HR clerk for filing. Work directly with HR Manager regarding any discrepancies.

Skills / Requirements

Requires a High School diploma plus 3-5 years of Oracle data entry experience - prefer some experience in HR. Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
