Aaron's brings you into our Management Training Program with your two years of College or two years of Management that will help you to master ALL aspects of running one of our stores.

Normal progression is to start as a Manager Trainee, than Sales manager, and then Customer Accounts Manager.

These positions are interchangeable as you train.

Your GOAL is to complete ALL of these steps in the training program and demonstrates through EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE you have the skills to be promoted to a Store General Manager!

During your training as a Manager Trainee you will be required to show you have mastered the skills and understand the roles of each position in order to get promoted.

~Position Requirements~

* MUST be 21 years old with a clean driving record

* MUST be able to pass a nationwide criminal background check

* MUST pass pre-employment and random drug screens

* MUST have a minimum of 2 years management experience and/or a 2 years of college
