Job: Business Administration Specialist / Panoptic Insurance / The Woodlands

This position processes the business necessary to support sales personnel in the development of property, casualty, life , and health insurance. You will be responsible for using resources and tools to consistently ensure prompt and efficient support to all customers and clients of the agency. This is a new agency operating on a national scale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the execution and organization of new account contracts
* Review and quality check all incoming paperwork from clients and agents
* Maintain status updates on new closes
* Generate monthly production reports for agency branches across the country
* Analyze premium data to ensure accuracy
* Coordinate claim follow-up initiatives
* Learn the insurance business to answer questions and provide extraordinary customer service
* Other duties as assigned

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Strong accuracy and attention to detail required
Strong verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups and individuals at any and all levels of the organization
Must be self directed, motivated and demonstate initiative
Must possess a sense of urgency to solve problems and meet deadline
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Must be flexible and able to manage change
Previous insurance background and property and casualty license a plus
