Job: Supervising OR Nurse

Searching for Supervising Operating Room Nurse for dental position in Clear Lake.

Will be directly supporting one doctor but indirectly working for a team of 3 surgeons and leading a small team nurses. Responsible for work schedules, OSHA safety control monitoring, and other compliance guidelines. Also responsible for surgery planning and patient coordination, starting patient IVs, monitoring patients, post operation follow up calls, prescription management, and administration team duty delegation.

Will work 4 days a week for up to 35 hours with no weekend or on call hours!

- Requires at least 3+ years of experience as OR nurse in a medical or dental setting.
- At least a year of supervisory experience.
-Must have RN Degree
- Must have superior communication skills, able to lead a small team of nurses.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 7am-8pm as needed for the scheduled surgeries.
