Job: Reliability Engineer

Design, develop and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes related to natural gas production, treating, and processing equipment and facilities. Utilize knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server to develop SQL database for North America operations according to norm ISO 14224. Apply expertise of Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition. Design and code systems to track Reliability Indicators for Company assets. Manage deployment of Reliability Indicators’ application. Utilize knowledge of engine and compressor technology, conceptual and system hydraulic design, process simulation, and PFD and P&ID development to perform simulations and calculations ensuring process systems are engineered to customer-specific requirements. Evaluate equipment performance to guarantee the best application of the Company’s equipment is offered to customers. Resolve problems in the field and warrant claims. Provide engineering support to assess field and shop recommendations on unit design and implement product improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational problems. Provide engineering calculations for complete heat and material balances, line sizing, hydraulic level and instrumentation specification, and PFR and P&ID development.
