Job: Accounts Payable with Commercial Real Estate Experience

Company located in the Bellaire area is looking for an A/P person with 5-10 years of A/P experience. Candidates must have commercial real estate A/P and client prefers shopping center experience. Office building experience comes in 2nd but client does not want apartment complex experience. Need great people skills and a lot of snap. Need professional presentation and excellent tenure.
Candidates need MS Excel, Word AMSI and/or Yardi. Also need a working knowledge of w-9 and 1099 reporting process is required. Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Knowledge of general ledger. The ability to work in a high volume environment and meet stringent deadlines is required. Great attitude and work ethic.
$40K-$45K. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and provide references.
