Job: Assistant Manager

Duties & responsibilities include:
Opening and closing the store.
Meet and greet all customers.
Develop professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
Train and manage team members.
Manage supplies and inventory.
Reconcile sales invoices.
Communicate sales figures to upper management through verbal and written reports and ledgers. This position is not in an office setting and will require some physical labor.

Must have an aptitude for sales. Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills are required. Must be highly motivated and capable of hiring, training, coaching and inspiring a team. Must be a people person and be passionate about serving others. Basic organizational, mathematical and problem solving abilities are also needed. Detailing experience preferred but not required. We will teach you what you need to know. Good communication skills required. Management experience a plus.
