Seeking a full time accountant with a great attitude.
·Responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year-end general ledger closing cycles for foreign offices ·Processing complex inter-company transactions ·Preparation of minority interest calculations ·Reconciliation of various Balance Sheet accounts (including inter-company accounts) ·Preparation and posting entries to the General Ledger ·Provide information and schedules to various departments and foreign offices - Spanish speaking required ·Providing Annual Audit support and preparing PBC schedules ·Providing continuous improvement to joint venture systems and processes ·Participating in special projects as needed. Skills / Requirements
·Bachelors degree in Accounting
·5+ years experience of related work experience ·CPA designation (or in process) strongly preferred ·Oracle experience a plus ·Microsoft Office Suite with strong knowledge of Excel ·Good Interpersonal Skills: strong organization, communication (verbal and written), detail oriented, customer service, team oriented, and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in pressure situations and deadlines. |
