BestCare Laboratory Services is one of the fastest growing clinical Laboratories in the State of Texas. Our company is located near Johnson Space Center (NASA), just minutes from fabulous Kemah and Galveston.

BestCare is an innovative, quality driven laboratory and is committed to its customers by providing exceptional customer service. We are a Diagnostic Clinical Laboratory looking for a well qualified individual to assist in all aspects of Customer Service, Customer Retention, Marketing operations, including support, offering personalized professional and technical services to our customers. Clinical laboratory experience is essential and preferred, but not required. This employer offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, Life, 401K and paid expenses.

Essential Job Duties:

* Maintain and grow regional territory account base consistent with company objectives.
* Assist customers in determining needs and communicate benefits of services and solutions.
* Actively cultivate and establish professional, consultative relationships with customers and prospect clients throughout assigned territory.
* Meet and/or exceed customer retention expectations and new sales measurements of success for assigned territory.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and completed on a timely basis.
* Work and communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are being met.
* Work with CEO and Vice President of Operations to improve processes in the field.

Skills / Requirements
Skill and comprehension level required for this category:

Education- Bachelor's degree preferred in (Healthcare/Medical Technology or related fields) or 5-7 years of equivalent experience in Healthcare Customer Service and/or Sales with proven record of success is preferred (in Clinical Laboratory setting is a plus). Candidate must be a self-starter, with desire and ability to succeed, without constant supervision. In addition, must possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, organized and working knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat; Internet and Email Applications.

Important Notes
Experience in related healthcare field is a must. Customer Service/Marketing history in Medical/Pathology Reference Laboratory is preferred.
