Job: Sales Coordinator for Latin America -Bilingual Spanish

For the role of the Latin American Sales Coordinator, we need someone who can speak, read and write Spanish. We need someone who has acted as a Latin American Sales Coordinator before and must have related inside sales support experience, preferably in Latin Market. Successful candidates will have worked with import/export paperwork and must be familiar with international export terms and terms of payment. In addition this person has to have had sales support experience and really good administrative and computer skills. Must have relative experience in a manufacturing database software order entry/tracking system. Looking for at least 4 years of relevant experience. Must be self-motivated, well organized and time conscious. Need strong Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Client is located in Northwest Houston.
Will provide access to technical support for territory agents and clients. Will provide customer service to Latin America agents and clients. Liaise with agents and clients to coordinate training or inspection visits. Assist and support Sales Manager in all sales duties. Assist and prepare quotations and contract reviews. Administer all sales order documentation. Data entry of sales orders in manufacturing system. Follow up on sales orders production, interacting with different company departments. Documentation translation. Provide marketing materials such as PowerPoint, News Releases and other fliers. Prepare weekly report on sales order status, prospects and general intelligence. Assist in preparing annual sales budget forecasts for territory. Maintain accurate and current information in corporate inquiry database.
