Our client in the steel import industry is seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative to offer assistance to their growing client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for order entries, tracking orders in spreadsheets, assisting customers and vendors with telephone sales and inquiries and occasionally, assisting with sales and other functions as needed. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. To be successful in this position, you must possess strong telephone, verbal, written and organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task and display enthusiasm and optimism with a "can-do" attitude. Must be punctual and have outstanding time management skills, in other words, do not be late to work! Must project a warm, friendly and professional tone of voice over the phone. Must be able to resolve issues without transferring the call to a Supervisor. Minimum 2 yrs. customer service experience is required. Some sales a plus. Great pay and benefits!
