Jobing Description
Client in the Greenway Plaza area is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst with 3-5 years of related work experience and a B.S. in computer science or related field. Experience with relational database structures and strong analytical skills required. Exposure to complex ERP systems. Proficient in MS Excel and Access.
Responsible for reporting, data analysis, and maintenance of software systems and systems interface related to the supply chain, including system interfaces with suppliers and region, district, and remote locations. BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for reporting, data analysis, and maintenance of software systems and system interfaces related to the supply chain, including system interfaces with suppliers and region, district, and remote locations.

DUTIES: AUTHORITY
1. Participate in the planning and implementation of system enhancements and program changes.
2. Monitor interfaces between the field and suppliers with the global procurement system.
3. Provide on-going user support and training.
4. Maintain web-related tools for internal and field applications.
5. Maintain procurement related master data.
6. Prepare and issue ad-hoc reports for local and field personnel, as required.
7. Prepare and issue specific daily, weekly, and monthly management reports. Ensure that all reports are correct, presentable, and issued as required.
8. Assist in providing supporting documentation and reports for internal and external auditors. 9. Understand Global Supply Chain departments key controls to ensure the department is compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley.
10. Handle special projects as assigned.

Decision Making: Job requires employee to follow somewhat defined procedures. Problems encountered are somewhat complex. Job requires employee to make decisions about his/her work and to work independently.
Salary $69K-$86K Must be able to pass a criminal background check and provide references.
