Job: Baytown - Assistant Property Manager

Orion Real Estate Services, Inc. has served a variety of clients including financial institutions, foreign investors and individual owners.

We're hiring an Assistant Property Manager for a multi-unit apartment building in Baytown, TX!

Duties include:

Bookkeeping

Leasing apartment homes to new and current residents

Marketing the property at direction of the Property Manager and/or Regional Supervisor

Act as the Property Manager in his or her absence, and supervise personnel while in that role.


EOE

Requires a minimum 1 year experience in a related industry (retail sales, real estate sales, hospitality, etc.) AND

Requires minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing/bookkeeping or a combination of accounting skills/education with customer service experience

Computer skills to include MS Word and Excel

Stong sales ability.

Excellent attention to detail required.

Industry desigations preferred - CALA, COS, TCS, Fair Housing & TDHCA

College Degree preferred
