Job: Informational Sales Representative

The Informational Sales Representative will contact potential clients, verify decision makers in order to properly identity their needs and schedule a Sales Representative to bid a proposal. Responsibilities include:
• Generating and qualifying leads through mail merge, lead generation accounts, and cold calling.
• Manage leads by a tracking process and follow up.
• Communicate products, service features, advantages, benefits, and identify customer’s needs and expectations.
• Educate prospects and customers on the value of all ABC services, to include pest, pool and lawn services.
• Discuss and schedule Sales Representatives.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Provide assistance with a wide range of sales and service related inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to proper company products and services.
• Complete all documentation prior to, during and after the sales call.
• Follow all sales and operational processes


Informational Sales Representative’s are expected to work at least 5 days a week.
You must be an enthusiastic, organized, driven and detailed person, who enjoys dealing with people as well as working in an office setting.

Duties:
• Must be familiar with computers.
• Read and utilize computer generated reports.
• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Presents new services that can be offered by ABC.
• Educate clients on pest control programs, pool and lawn services.
• Completes records by entering required information.
• Coordinate schedules to fit the customer and the sales representative’s day.
• Listen to potential clients, customers and employee needs and respond.
• Maintain quality results by adhering to company standards.
• Complete designated work within day/month assigned.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
• Maintain safe work habits by following company standards.
• Participate in Company sponsored continuing education classes.
• Interface with employees at different levels.

Requirements:
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass driving record check.
• Must pass physical examination.
• Must pass drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• High School education is required.
• Employee must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with a service company is preferred, but not necessary.
• Spanish speaking is preferred but is not a job requirement.
